From Interstate 205, take the Sunnyside Road exit and turn east on Sunnyside Road. The community is located on the south side of Sunnyside Road, east one block from 152nd Avenue and extending just past 162nd Avenue.

Grading and infrastructure began in early 2006 with homes planned to be available through 2008.

After careful research of the region's premier builders, Legend Homes was selected to build and sell Phase I.
Will there be any homesites available for people to purchase and build their own homes?
At this time, all present homesites will be committed to our selected builders. The Taralon builders are available to discuss customizing one of their plans to fit your needs.
What price ranges are the homes in Taralon?
The prices range from $403,400 to $440,000.
Will there be any apartments or townhomes within the community?
Yes. Hawks Ridge Apartment Homes are available. They are located along Sunnyside Road at the northeast end, within the community. Taralon will also offer a variety of attached for-sale homes designed to meet the needs of people at every stage of their lives.
What makes Taralon a special place to live?
When completed, the community plans to offer a beautiful entry feature, generous areas of natural open-space including wetlands and a portion of the regional trail system, parks with play structures and a basketball court as well as a clubhouse and pool where homeowners can relax and observe the natural lush wetlands. How much of the total acreage includes open space?
Total Area of Open Space: Approximately 25 acres (a little over 26%.) Taralon is located adjacent to Rock Creek. The community plans to feature acres of open space and trails including the preservation of a large, natural tree grove and wetlands. Great care has been taken to preserve the trees and natural beauty of the land so residents can enjoy the ambience of Northwest Oregon's landscape.

Room to run and places to play are vital components of Taralon . Pocket parks are planned to be provided throughout the community as well as a basketball court. Much of the open lands will be left in their natural state to provide for a community that is in harmony with its natural surroundings.

Yes. To maintain the high standards of excellence created in the community, CC & R's are being drafted. These CC & R's ensure a flexible and reasonable procedure for the overall development of the neighborhoods and establish a method for the administration, maintenance, preservation, use and enjoyment of the community. Each homeowner purchases his property subject to the community's CC & R's.

Clackamas Town Center Regional Mall is just minutes away featuring shops, restaurants and a movie cinema. The closest shopping center featuring a grocery store is New Season's Market, located directly across the street from Taralon. A Safeway and Albertsons Shopping Center, other stores and restaurants are also in close proximity. Downtown Portland is just a 15 to 20 minute drive.

According to Clackamas County Tax Assessor, the mil rate for year 2007-2008 is 13.5106 per $1,000. In Oregon, the tax year is July 1- June 30. A new rate will be available around October.
